• Sikkim: Operating under the Sikkim Online Gaming (Regulation) Act, 2008 and its subsequent amendments, which provides for licensing and regulation of certain online games within the state. Our offerings comply with the specific games permitted under this Act.
• Nagaland: Licensed under the Nagaland Prohibition of Gambling and Promotion and Regulation of Online Games of Skill Act, 2015. This Act specifically regulates and promotes online ‘games of skill’ and provides a framework for licensing them. Our platform offers games recognized as ‘games of skill’ under this Act, such as Poker, Rummy, Chess, Fantasy Sports, and many more.

Other States Permitting ‘Games of Skill’: In other states where the Supreme Court and High Courts have consistently held that ‘games of skill’ are exempt from gambling prohibitions (e.g., states where fantasy sports, rummy, and poker have been legally affirmed as skill-based), our platform strictly offers and promotes only those games that fall within this ‘game of skill’ classification. This generally includes games where success predominantly depends on knowledge, training, attention, and experience, rather than pure chance.
